Driving Directions:

Adequate Resources: Management allocates adequate financial, human, and time resources to support the implementation of the gender equality policy and the achievement of related objectives.

Responsibilities and Authorities: Management designates specific responsibilities and authorities for the implementation of the gender equality policy at all hierarchical levels of the organization.

Gender Equality Steering Committee: Management establishes a Gender Equality Steering Committee, composed of at least the CEO or an owner delegate, and the HR Director or equivalent. The Steering Committee is responsible for ensuring the effective adoption, implementation, and monitoring of the gender equality policy.

The Organization is committed to regularly monitoring the effectiveness of the gender equality policy, making any improvements and transparently communicating the progress made towards the established gender equality objectives.
