Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options, which you can consult before finalizing your order. You can do this after selecting the products and entering the delivery address. This way you can view the estimated costs and delivery times.

These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and quantity of the products, as well as the delivery address. Delivery times are calculated based on product availability, postcode, weight, dimensions, and volume of the products. Please note that delivery times are approximate.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery

Street-level delivery without an appointment. Delivery is made via courier or parcel service.

• Available for orders of non-bulky products (box size less than 100x75x75 cm).
• Available for parcels whose items are not fragile, are not wrapped in plastic (cardboard only), and do not contain glass.
• Delivery is made by one person without an appointment.
• The order is delivered to the ground floor, at the main entrance (access to the interior of the house, building, residence, or urbanisation is not provided).
• Assembly and disassembly are not included.
• Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
• If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days.
  

STANDARD PALLET

Street-level delivery without an appointment.

• This service is offered by companies specialising in furniture transport.
• Available for orders over 100x75x75 cm or fragile products.
• The product will be delivered exclusively on a pallet.
• Delivery is made by a single person.
• Street-level delivery to the door (no entry or access inside houses, buildings, residences, or residential complexes).
• Assembly and disassembly are not included.
• Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
• If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days.
  

HOME PLUS

• This service is offered by companies specialising in furniture transport.
• Available for orders over 100x75x75 cm or fragile products.
• Delivery will be made by two people, after an appointment agreed with the courier at least one day before the order delivery.
• Home delivery, to the room you indicate.
• Assembly and disassembly are not included.
• Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
• If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days.
  

HOME PREMIUM

Home Premium - Delivery with an appointment and assembly inside your home.

• You can choose this method provided your furniture requires assembly and you want us to handle it.
• Available for orders over 100x75x75 cm or fragile products.
• Delivery will be made by two people for your safety and after an appointment agreed with the courier at least one day before the order delivery.
• Home delivery, to the room you indicate.
• This includes unpacking all products included in the order, as well as collecting the relevant packaging (boxes, cardboard, plastic, etc.).
• The service exclusively includes the assembly of products included in the Novità Home order. It does not include the disassembly of other furniture.
• Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
• If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days.

Important! Upon delivery, please check the condition of the products if possible and ensure that the number of packages delivered matches that indicated on the delivery note. Please kindly keep the original packaging in case of return.

If you find discrepancies, write "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note and specify the reason. If, after inspecting the products, you find problems, please contact us at shop@novita-import.it
