Shipping and Delivery

We offer various shipping options, which you can consult before finalizing your order. You can do this after selecting the products and entering the delivery address. This way you can view the estimated costs and delivery times.

These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and quantity of the products, as well as the delivery address. Delivery times are calculated based on product availability, postal code, weight, dimensions, and volume of the products. Please note that delivery times are approximate.

We offer the following shipping methods:

 

Standard Delivery

Curbside delivery without an appointment. Delivery is made by courier or parcel service.

  • Free for orders over €100.00.
  • Available for packages whose items are not fragile, are not plastic-wrapped (cardboard only), and do not contain glass.
  • Delivery is made by one person without an appointment.
  • Order delivery is to the ground floor, at the main entrance (access inside the dwelling, building, residence, or urbanization is not provided).
  • Assembly and disassembly are not included.
  • Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
  • If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days.
      

 

HOME PLUS

Delivery with an appointment right into your home. Does not include assembly and disassembly. Deliveries from Monday to Friday.

  • Free for orders over €399.99.
  • This service is offered by companies specialized in furniture transport.
  • Delivery will be made by two people, by prior appointment agreed with the courier at least one day before the order delivery.
  • Home delivery, to the room you specify.
  • Assembly and disassembly are not included.
  • Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
  • If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days.
     

     

    HOME PREMIUM

    Home Premium - Delivery with appointment and assembly right into your home.

    • You can choose this method provided your furniture requires assembly and you want us to handle it.
    • Available for orders priced at €400.00 or more.
    • Delivery will be made by two people for your safety and by prior appointment agreed with the courier at least one day before the order delivery.
    • Home delivery, to the room you specify.
    • This includes unpacking all products included in the order, as well as collecting the related packaging (boxes, cardboard, plastic, etc.).
    • The service exclusively includes the assembly of products included in the Novità Home order. It does not include the disassembly of other furniture.
    • Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
    • If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days.

    Important! Upon delivery, please check, if possible, the condition of the products and ensure that the number of packages delivered matches that indicated on the delivery note. Please kindly retain the original packaging in case of a return.

    If you find discrepancies, write "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note and specify the reason. If, after inspecting the products, you find problems, contact us at shop@novita-import.it
