Shipping and Delivery

The cost depends on the destination and the shipping category of the items: Standard or Pallet. The checkout summary displays the available services and the shipping cost before payment.

Street-Level Delivery

Standard delivery takes place at street level, near the entrance of the building, without an appointment. It does not include transport to upper floors or inside the home, nor assembly or disassembly.

Free shipping thresholds refer to the total value of items in the cart, after applicable discounts and before shipping costs. The exact destination and available rates are verified at checkout.

Orders with Standard and Pallet Items

If you purchase items from both categories, their respective shipping costs are combined. In Italy and the standard EU zone, for carts from €100, the Standard shipping portion is free: only the Pallet shipping portion remains, until its free threshold is reached.

  • Italy, mixed order worth €220: Standard €0 + Pallet €19.90 = €19.90.

  • Italy, mixed order of at least €399: free standard delivery.

  • European Non-EU Zone, mixed order: €29.90 + €149 = €178.90.

  • International Shipping zone, mixed order: €150 + €150 = €300.

  • Spanish islands, mixed order: €200 + €200 = €400.

Below €100, paid Standard rates are also added to mixed carts in Italy/EU. At checkout, you may see items split into two shipping groups.

Home Plus — Italy, Pallet Items Only

€59 for shipping Pallet items, as an alternative to street-level delivery. Includes delivery inside the home by appointment, from Monday to Friday. Assembly and disassembly are not included.

Home Plus is not available for Standard items and does not become free upon reaching order thresholds. If the cart also contains Standard items, they retain standard delivery and their respective rate; for carts from €100 in Italy, the Standard portion is free. Select Home Plus for the Pallet group at checkout.

Before placing an order, please report any access difficulties, narrow stairs, lack of an elevator, or area restrictions to shop@novitahome.it so we can verify delivery feasibility. For in-home services abroad, contact us before purchase for a quote.

Delivery Times

For items in stock, indicative delivery times from dispatch to the carrier are 1–3 business days for express courier and 3–5 business days for pallet transport. Times may vary depending on destination, service, and shipment characteristics. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday; for Home Plus, an appointment will be scheduled.

Non-EU Destinations and Customs Duties

The indicated rates cover transport only. Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are not included unless expressly stated and collected at checkout; they may be requested by the courier or competent authorities.

Remote Locations and Accessibility

You can consult the list of remote-area postcodes in Italy.

Please notify us before ordering if there are any access restrictions so we can check delivery arrangements.

Upon Delivery

  • Check, if possible, the condition of the packaging and that the number of packages matches what is indicated on the delivery document.

  • In the event of visible damage or discrepancies, note “Accepted with reserve” on the carrier's delivery receipt, specifying the issue found.

  • If, after opening the package, you discover damage or other issues, contact us at shop@novitahome.it, attaching the order number along with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Please keep the packaging if possible to facilitate the management of any issues. These instructions do not limit your statutory rights.
