Delivery Methods and Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery is strictly curbside (at the property limit or sidewalk) near the house number specified in the order. The carrier is neither authorized nor required to unload goods inside private property or to upper floors.
Floor Delivery Service (Optional)
Delivery to a specific floor is an additional service and is not included in the standard shipping rate. If you require this service, you must request a quote and feasibility check before the order is processed. The service is subject to an extra charge based on the following parameters:

Floor number and type of access;

Availability of an elevator or freight lift suitable for the weight and dimensions of the package;

Volumetric characteristics and weight of the items;

Property accessibility (e.g., Restricted Traffic Zones (ZTL), historic centers, construction sites).
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's duty to report any logistical impediments or limitations (narrow stairs, transit bans, pedestrian zones, etc.) during checkout or promptly via email. Failure to communicate such details relieves the Seller of any liability for failed or delayed delivery. In such cases, any costs for storage, redelivery, or return of goods to our warehouse will be borne entirely by the Customer.
Failed Delivery and Issues

Marked as "Delivered" but not received: Please contact us within 8 days of the indicated delivery date.

Delayed Transit: If 15 days have passed since you received your tracking info and the package is still "in transit," you must send us a report within that timeframe.
Reports submitted beyond these limits cannot be processed, as it will no longer be possible to open a formal claim with the courier or guarantee a refund or replacement.
