Shipping and Delivery
We offer various shipping options, which you can review before finalizing your order. You can do this after selecting your products and entering your delivery address. This way, you can see the estimated costs and delivery times.
These costs are calculated based on the volume, weight, and quantity of the products, as well as the delivery address. Delivery times are calculated based on product availability, postcode, weight, dimensions, and volume of the products. Please note that delivery times are approximate.
Standard Delivery
Curbside delivery without an appointment. Delivery is made by courier or parcel service.
- Free for orders over €100.00.
- Available for packages whose items are not fragile, not wrapped in plastic (cardboard only), and do not contain glass.
- Delivery is made by one person without an appointment.
- The order is delivered to the ground floor, at the main entrance (no access inside the house, building, residence, or urbanization).
- Assembly and disassembly are not included.
- Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
- If the product is available, estimated delivery times are 1-3 business days from when it is handed over to the courier.
Important! Upon delivery, please check, if possible, the condition of the products and ensure that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated on the delivery note. Please kindly keep the original packaging in case of returns.
If you find any discrepancies, write "accepted with reservation" on the delivery note and specify the reason. If, after inspecting the products, you find any problems, please contact us at shop@novita-import.it
