Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it or return part of the order within 14 days from the delivery date.


To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day by sending a communication to the address:

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT are excluded.

You will have to take care of the return shipment of the product/s independently. The choice of courier to use is absolutely at your discretion. The return shipment must be made to:

In the event of a defective or damaged product, we will take care of sending you the replacement part and providing you with all the necessary instructions. Please ensure that the items are returned in new condition, unused, with the original tags and in the packaging received upon delivery. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

The Right of Withdrawal is subject to exceptions and exclusions regulated by Legislative Decree 21/2014 and applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT are excluded.


Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouses, following the same procedure used to pay for the order.

For orders paid for by credit card , the refund will be visible within approximately 72 hours and visible on the subsequent account statement. Processing times may vary depending on the credit card company.

For orders paid with PayPal , the refund will be made to the account used to place the order.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the Customer must communicate his IBAN code, possibly the BIC code and the name of the current account holder.

- The articles, both furniture and objects, must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way;
- The items must be returned in their original packaging, with the instructions and including all possible accessories (screws, washers ...).
- Returns can be shipped inside the NOVITA' HOME original box or other suitable packaging, which must be carefully sealed with adhesive tape;

Novità Import reserves the right not to accept and not to reimburse returns that have not been authorized and/or shipped in compliance with all the conditions indicated in the RETURNS POLICY on this site.

In case of receipt of a non-compliant or unauthorized return, you will be contacted by our Customer Service and you will have to return the unauthorized return at your own expense.

In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect product, promptly contact our Customer Service by providing photographic evidence of the damaged item or of the error.
If the return is approved, NOVITA' HOME will book a free collection and will provide you with instructions for sending the package back. If the customer sends the item at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to reimburse the costs incurred.

If the ceramic products show defects or breakages, we will take care of sending any replacement pieces (at our expense) or making the refund directly.

For reasons that therefore do not fall within the category of defects/breakages, in this case we cannot accept the return, mainly for hygiene reasons. This is because items in this category can be used (without any damage) and then returned.

As for other types of items, not ceramics or tableware, you can return the item (which has no defects/breakages), but the transport costs are at your expense. In this case, the refund will be made once the item has returned to our warehouse.

- All products belonging to the category of the Mediterranean line and the
TABLE category (plates, glasses, cutlery, underplates ..) cannot be returned;
- Items not returned in their original condition;
- Items not returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date;
- Items that show signs of use
- Non-compliant return or return that does not comply with one or more of the conditions indicated in our returns policy.

All products sold on NOVITA' HOME are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code ("Legal Guarantee"). The Legal Guarantee is reserved for consumers.

The following are excluded from the Legal Guarantee:
- Products repaired, modified or in any way altered by the Customer;
- Products that present defects of another type caused by accidental facts or by the user's responsibility or by use of the product that does not comply with its intended use and/or with the provisions of the technical documentation attached to the product or in the instructions for use ;
